How do I find my size?
Each garment includes a detailed size guide. If you are between sizes, we recommend booking a personal styling consultation for a precise fit.
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide from Vienna. Delivery times and duties vary by destination; full shipping details appear at checkout.
What is your returns policy?
Unworn pieces with original tags may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Made-to-order and final-sale items are noted on the product page.
How should I care for my garments?
Most pieces should be hand washed or dry cleaned. Care instructions come with every order and are listed on each product.
How do consultations work?
Choose a session type, select an available date and time, and we will confirm by email. Consultations can be booked every day except Sunday. Please cancel at least 5 days before your appointment by email.
Is everything always available?
Not everything is always in stock. When a size sells out it becomes unavailable, and a style is marked Sold Out when all sizes are gone.
